We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Analyst to join our team at G4 SP office. The goal is to attract top talent and ensure G4’s competitive advantage and growth.
- Support HR area in the recruitment of internal candidates for G4 global workforce - Brazil (RJ and SP) and International offices (mainly US, London, Chile, Buenos Aires and Mexico);
- Publish job opportunities in appropriate job boards;
- Sourcing and attraction of potential candidates for G4 through databases, hunting and social media (LinkedIn and others);
- Establish and manage relationship with Universities (in Brazil and abroad) for G4´s internal positions;
- Contribute to recruitment strategy;
- Perform CV screening and phone calls to candidates;
- Perform first interview with potential candidates to G4 - Evaluate the match between the candidates and the job opportunities.
Education and experience required
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or related fields;
- Experience in Recruitment and Hunting; International Recruitment knowledge is a plus;
- Advanced English. Intermediate knowledge in Spanish is a plus;
- Strong communication and relationship skills;
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work with short deadlines;
- Result oriented mindset;
- International experience or in a multicultural environment is a plus;
- Hands On;
- High level of energy and engagement.
