We are looking for a Business Developer to join our team working within our facilities in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The professional will be responsible for prospecting business opportunities for G4 Global Partners.

· Identify business opportunities, develop potential contacts and approach potential clients;
· Visit potential new clients (C-levels, directors, and HRs from several industries) to present G4´s services – Recruitment, Market Mapping and Assessment;
· Build a solid networking within G4´s relevant markets and expand sales activities;
· Bring new business opportunities and develop commercial proposals;
· Increase the level of opportunities with current clients.
Education and experience required
· Bachelor’s Degree;
· Experience in Sales preferably in Consulting business;
· Experience in Recruitment business is a plus;
· Business knowledge;
· Fluent English – Written and Spoken.
· Result and performance oriented;
· Excellent communication and relationship skills;
· Ability to work under pressure for results;
· Strong networking skills;
· International experience or in a multicultural environment is a plus;
· Hands On;
· International candidates with permission to work in Argentina are welcome.
