The resource will be a part of Laca Digital Team in Buenos Aires, Argentina and be responsible for undertaking projects for maintenance and enhancements in order to support existing Laca Mobile applications and also projects for launching new mobile apps and new Laca Digital Countries.
The resource will be leading a team of QA resources (employees and contractors) to meet the above responsibilities. The role requires this resource to be working in close coordination with team members/peers /Project Manager/Technical Manager/ IT colleagues, business users and other parties involved in order to address business needs and requirements and assisting in adherence to project standards, processes and guidelines to ensure both depth and quality. It is expected that QA team delivers high quality tested code to enable smooth UAT.
Day to day supervisory responsibilities of team resources of QA Analyst and Senior QA Analysts with manual and automation capabilities.
Education and experience required
- 5 - 9 years industry experience, including 2 years web knowledge and 2 years mobile applications knowledge;
- Functional automation QTP/Selenium, Agile Tools Jira/Confluence, Defect Management Jira/QC, Test Case Management QC/Jira/Excel based, Web Services SOAP UI and Mobile Testing;
- Fluent in English and Spanish;
- Proactive, focused on delivering the best customer experience, team worker, leadership skills, communication skills, discipline to work following standards and methodology, responsible, organized and able to work with a diverse team globally.
